Once again The Planning Boardroom is pleased to partner with Dyson Austen to present their latest Dyson Austen Top 10 Prestige Residential Survey prepared for the Real Estate Institute of NSW for the 3rd Quarter of 2010.
A summary of the survey is as follows:
The survey has increased 42% in the total value of sales from the 2nd quarter of 2010.
The sale of 100 Wolseley Road is the highest value transaction ever in the history of the survey at $52 million – some 15% higher than the previous record of $45 million in Q3 2008 for Coolong Road
Q3 2010 is the fourth highest quarter on record – the main driver being the almost 10% increase in the equity market in July 2010.
5 of the top 10 sales were waterfront property and the top 2 sales were architecturally designed by Michael Suttor.
Prime land sells for almost $7,000/m2.
